Watrous and Area Arts Council (WAAC) is dedicated to providing opportunities for everyone to participate in a variety of art experiences.

Since 1979 the WAAC has been promoting and co-ordinating the interests of the arts and culture in Watrous and surrounding areas.
The Council is a member of OSAC (Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils) which brings visual and performing arts to our community.
