Carlton Trail College – Watrous

Carlton Trail College is part of Saskatchewan’s regional college system. It offers post-secondary education and training, adult learning and essential skills programs, English language learning, continuing education and workforce development to over 100 small urban, rural and First Nation communities, across the east-central Saskatchewan prairie.
