The Beach    What summer would be complete without spending some time at a sandy beach! Manitou has three beaches with shower and washroom facilities at each. There are playgrounds available for the kids so you can relax while you soak up some sun. If you haven't had the European spa experience, you can try out the legendary waters of Manitou the same way our aboriginal forebearers did - with a dip in the lake. The House of the Rising Sun (aka. The Beach Bar) provides evening entertainment and has a beach volleyball court for games day or night. Food can be purchased and barbeque pits and picnic tables are also available at Camp Easter Seal Park. Tennis courts are within walking distance.
